The challenge
The company managed client requests through email and phone. Every status inquiry consumed staff time, documents traveled as attachments, and the back office re-typed the same information into the ERP and the CRM. As the client base grew, response times and error rates grew with it.
The solution
We built a secure web portal where clients log in, submit requests, upload documentation, and track status in real time. The portal integrates directly with the company’s ERP and CRM, so data entered once flows everywhere it is needed. Role-based access, full audit trail, and encryption in transit were part of the design from day one.
