The challenge
A logistics operator ran its fleet on radio calls and paper logs. Dispatchers had no live view of vehicle positions, fuel consumption was reported manually and inconsistently, and route deviations were discovered days later — if at all.
The solution
We developed a cross-platform mobile app (React Native) for drivers and a .NET back end with a dispatcher dashboard. The app reports GPS position in real time, logs trips automatically, and captures fuel data at the pump. Consumption reports generate themselves, and alerts fire on route deviations and idle anomalies.
