Data Synchronization API for a SaaS
The challenge
A SaaS product needed to keep customer data synchronized with Salesforce and expose that capability to its own integrators. The previous ad-hoc sync broke under load, lost updates silently, and every new integrator required hand-holding because there was no documentation.
The solution
We designed and built a versioned REST API in C#/.NET with idempotent endpoints, retry-safe webhooks, and a reconciliation job that guarantees eventual consistency with Salesforce. Rate limiting and API-key management protect the platform, and the developer documentation lets integrators onboard without support tickets.
