The challenge
The commercial team consolidated sales numbers by hand in Excel every month. By the time the report circulated, the data was three weeks old, versions conflicted, and questions like “how is product X doing in region Y this week?” were simply unanswerable.
The solution
We built a web dashboard fed by an automated pipeline that consolidates the company’s sales sources daily. Key KPIs are visible at a glance, with dynamic filters by region, product, and period. Detail views drill down to the transaction level, and scheduled PDF summaries keep management informed without anyone building reports by hand.
